Rating: Advanced
Based on the rating scale, I would rate myself as Advanced because my projects were targeted to specific learning levels and encouraged motivation, creative thinking and interest within the classroom environment. For the student project, I have targeted second grade level and incorporated a flip video recorder along for six days of lesson to create a "Paper, Slide, & Action" project. Doing this encourage students to expand their creativity skills and to have fun using the technology tool. By developing an Acceptable User Policy, I was able to communicate my high expectations for my students in using computer resources such as Internet access, downloading/using software applications, limited printing documents for each student, and shared resources throughout the network in a safe environment.
